Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with trade-specific tasks such as framing, basic wiring, pipe installation, or surface prep depending on assignment
Operate hand and power tools relevant to the assigned trade (e.g., drills, saws, pipe cutters, paint sprayers, welding tools)
Measure, cut, or assemble materials under the guidance of a licensed tradesperson
Support setup and breakdown of job-specific work areas, including scaffolding, work zones, or containment systems
Safely operate heavy equipment or assist operators with flagging and spotting (if certified or trained)
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, or work orders to assist tradespeople in completing precise tasks
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and ensure proper handling of materials and tools
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and site protocols; wear proper PPE at all times
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, tradespeople, and team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior experience in construction, trades, or industrial labor required
• Must hold a valid certification in at least one of the following:
– Carpentry
– Painting
– Plumbing
– Electrical
– Welding
– HVAC
– Scaffold Building
– Heavy Equipment Operation
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (required for some jobs)
• Must provide or be willing to obtain proper PPE (boots, gloves, hard hat, safety vest, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
