Location: Mobile, AL & Gulf Coast Region
Job Type: Per Diem / Flexible Schedule
Pay Range: Starting at $28/hour (adjusted for shift type and urgency)
As a Per Diem RN with Innovative Healthcare Solutions, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. This flexible position allows you to choose your shifts while helping facilities meet urgent and ongoing staffing needs.
About Required RN License
To become a registered nurse (RN), an individual needs to complete an accredited nursing program for RNs. After that, they must complete a licensure application and approval program that meets their respective state’s licensing requirements and pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Furthermore, RNs must renew licensure periodically, following their state’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Although no two jobs are identical, the following are typical duties of LPNs across work settings:
Interview patients and record their medical histories.
Monitor patients’ health by checking their vital signs, including pulse rate, blood pressure, and body temperature.
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health, update records, and report changes in a patient’s condition to registered nurses (RNs), advanced practice nurses (APRNs), or physicians
Perform or assist in clinical tests, such as phlebotomy duties and urinalysis
Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures.
Assist with care planning and patient education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current and active practical nurse license.
Ability to work without immediate supervision and as a part of a team
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
Flexibility and adaptability across various facility types.
Good time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
